V.Stanley Paulus is a pharmacist by profession and entered into the aviation field in 1983. His company S&J Sales Corporation was the GSA of Maldives Airways. During his tenure he has helped all the exporters from Trivandrum to move their cargo when Air India stopped taking cargo due to the blasting of Air India Aircraft Kaniskar above Atlantic ocean.

In 1992 for the first time in Trivandrum Airport, Mr.Paulus brought a cargo freighter named Flying Cargo to help the exporters to move their cargo during Onam and Vishu to Middle East.

In 1994, he became the District Manager for Sky Cab Pvt. Ltd a freighter company. He received permission for the first time to handle aircraft at Trivandrum by DGCA.

Later in 1994 he became the Cargo Manager of Air Maldives and handled cargo at Trivandrum. He and his team were responsible to mount 70 tons to 100 tons of cargo per week to Maldives and Middle East.

In 2000 Feb. the Air Maldives stoped operation. As a Result all the 62 exporters who lost business approached Civil Aviation Minister. Permission was granted him to bring an Aircraft to clear the backlog of 70 ton per week. Mr.Paulus brought the Aircraft for the disposal of exporters to move their cargo. Self handling was also permitted to minimize the cost of freight to the shippers.

In 2002, he became the District Manger of Expo Aviation Pvt. Ltd a cargo freighter operated between Trivandrum/Male /Dubai/Colombo. He resigned and joined Maldivian Airline as Representative (India) in 2007 an Airline owned and operated by the Govt. of Maldives. The Airline is successfully operating twice daily from Trivandrum to Male. In 2009, he and his team received an award and appreciation for excellent Ground Handling Service at Trivandrum Airport and the Airline comes 4th out of 75 foreign Airlines operating to India clipping on time schedule.

He is also working as advisor for different cargo Airlines and passenger Airline operating at Sri Lanka , UAE, India. He is also the advisor of ARHAT Pvt.Ltd. a security cleared Ground Handling Company which has been permitted to handle Aircrafts all over India. He also the Managing Director of S&J Travel & Cargo Services Pvt.Ltd. an IATA approved agent which is one of the leading freight forwarders and travel agency, tour operator.

He participated in International conference organized by Civil Aviation Ministry Ground Handling International and International Civil Aviation organization (ICAO) International Air transport Associations (IATA) and participated in debate on Aviation conference.

His son Mr.Lalith John Paulus is a commercial pilot in profession and CEO of a leading Logistic company named Red Orange in Dubai.

His daughter studied at RMIT university Melbourne Australia for Master of Aviation Industry management. She is also the owner of S&J Aviation services who is the GSA (Cargo) of Maldivian Airline owned and operated by Island Aviation Services Ltd and the co-owner of Donut House at Trivandrum

His wife is the Managing Director of ARHATs Pvt.Ltd. which is a Ground Handling Company permitted to handle Aircrafts allover India by Bureau of Civil Aviation Security , New Delhi.

He also source used GH equipment from US and other countries and supply to the Airlines in India.
